Hostelling International Singapore welcomes both members and non-members. However non-members are required to pay a higher rate for each night they stay.
To ensure that you always have access and receive lower rates and many other benefits, it is highly recommended that you become a member and purchase your membership card before leaving home.
Non-members will be asked to purchase an International Guest card at their first HI hostel abroad.
